In the role of UX Research & Docu Assistant – Student (m/f/d) you will support the UX/UI team in optimizing the user experience of our software application in large companies as well as our Documentation team in the creation and post-processing of videos.
Your tasks are varied and extend across the UX/UI and documentation team.
- Support in the creation of a company-wide design system and production of videos
- Support in conducting user research and usability tests to make informed design decisions and improve the user experience.
- Creation of initial sketches, wireframes and interactive prototypes to make design ideas more tangible for our customers and colleagues.
- Participation in design reviews to leave constructive feedback
And this is the knowledge you need:
Do you enjoy working in a team and taking responsibility for your work packages? Then we look forward to receiving your application!
Furthermore, you should:
- be currently studying (User Experience, Communication Design or similar) and have a very good academic record
- be familiar with common design tools such as Figma or Axure
- have some experience in design and research methods
- be a creative, independent and team-oriented person
- have a good command of written and spoken German and English
