Based on our OPTANO platform, we develop customized software for successful companies such as car manufacturers, airlines and leading strategy consultancies. Our company was founded in 2009 and has continued to grow ever since. Our team in Paderborn now comprises more than 70 employees.

As Marketing Manager (m/f/d) – Digital & B2B Marketing you are bursting with ideas and implement them directly – from sophisticated social media content to trade fair appearances. What drives you? Deine Aufgaben sind abwechslungsreich und erstrecken sich über das gesamte Entwicklungsprojekt:
- Developing and implementing creative marketing strategies to increase the visibility of our products and services online and offline
- Writing and creating professional content such as blog posts and interviews
- Designing social media content – from posts to sliders to video formats
- Planning and executing paid online and social media campaigns, including measuring success
- Designing and producing classic advertising materials (flyers, brochures, etc.)
- Design and organization of trade fairs and events
You will have the following qualifications:
Even if we consider soft skills and good cooperation to be indispensable, a few professional skills are necessary for successful work:
- Experience in digital marketing, ideally in the B2B sector
- Technical understanding and a quick grasp of tools and software
- Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Affinity Photo, Affinity Publisher and Affinity Designer (or the Adobe equivalents Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator)
- Experience with video editing (ideally DaVinci Resolve)

This is a permanent full-time position and is available with immediate effect. However, we are flexible and would be willing to consider part-time models and a later starting date if you are unable to assume the position immediately. As a dynamic, expanding company, we would be interested in a long-term cooperation.
