We use our OPTANO platform to develop tailor-made software for successful companies such as car manufacturers, airlines and leading strategy consultancies. Since our foundation in 2009, we have been growing continuously. Our team in Paderborn now comprises over 70 employees.

As an HR Assistant, you will support the HR team in operational tasks of personnel management. You will also live and shape internal processes and answer external inquiries.
Your tasks are varied and cover the entire HR & back office department:
- Support and organisation of personnel processes during the entire employee life cycle
- Involvement in personnel acquisition and application management
- Support for personnel development, for example through skill management, organisation of mentoring and team surveys
- Developing and optimising processes, documentation and templates
- Back-office tasks, facility management and organising team events, meetings and other activities
And this is the knowledge you need:

Furthermore, you should:
- Work reliably and independently
- have strong communication skills and organizational talent
- can quickly familiarize yourself with new subject matter
- are currently studying (e.g. business administration, IBS, WIWI – preferably with a focus on human resource management) and have an excellent academic record
