Our company was founded in 2009 and has continued to grow ever since. Our team in Paderborn now comprises more than 70 employees.

As Head of Business Development (m/f/d), you will take over the management of the Business Development division. You will manage the division and develop the strategy for the future in collaboration with other divisions. In addition, you will use your expertise to support the sales team in acquiring new customers.

- Management of the BD division: responsibility for the allocation and execution of tasks, as well as the management and development of the team
- Definition and implementation of the strategic development of the BD division in coordination with the management
- Active support in sales with lead generation, conducting customer presentations and developing offers
- Contact person in customer service for a successful and long-term cooperation
- Collaborating with internal departments to achieve strategic goals and develop customized offers, among other things
You will have the following qualifications:
While we consider soft skills and good teamwork to be indispensable, a few specialist skills are necessary to be able to work for us as a Head of Business Development (m/f/x):
- Several years of experience in business development/sales, ideally in a B2B business with an industry-oriented background
- A degree in economics, business administration or a comparable subject
- Experience in leading and developing a team
- Proven track record in selling software and IT solutions
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken German and English

The employment contract for this position provides for a permanent full-time position and is to be filled immediately. However, we are flexible and can also imagine part-time models and a later start. As a dynamic, growing company, we are interested in a long-term relationship.
