Based on our OPTANO platform, we develop customized software for successful companies such as car manufacturers, airlines and leading strategy consultancies. Our company was founded in 2009 and has continued to grow ever since. Our team in Paderborn now comprises more than 35 employees.

As marketers at OPTANO we often have to keep many balls in the air – sometimes more than we are able to handle. If you have a talent for organization and enjoy bringing structure into work processes, then we need your support!
We are a small, effective marketing team in a dynamic and fast-growing software company and look forward to your support and assistance in our team as a Marketing Assistant (m/f/x).
Your tasks will be varied and cover the entire marketing function:
- Continuous SEO optimization (texts, images)
- Independently manage organisational projects
- Assist in the conception and execution of our monthly newsletter
- Create and execute our LinkedIn posts in accordance with our editorial plan
- Evaluate and collate marketing-related KPIs.
Who are we looking for?
Do you enjoy working in a team and assuming responsibility for your own work package? Then we look forward to receiving your application!
You are right for this role if :
- you perform tasks in an organized and independent manner and have a structural work approach
- you show a keen interest in SEO and related tasks
- you are happy to work in social media marketing within a B2B environment
- you have some experience in graphic design (Adobe Photoshop/Affinity Photo).
- you have a creative mind and excellent writing skills
We want to hire somebody who is always on the lookout for the right solution and who would like to gain valuable experience in a well-established team.
As a working student you will receive specific training in the technology we use -your interest in learning new technologies and methods keeps you up to date!
