In our agile project teams, we therefore combine our expertise in operations research, software development and consulting to solve real-world problems using complex mathematical optimization methods. Based on our OPTANO platform, we develop customized software for successful companies such as car manufacturers, airlines and leading strategy consultancies. Our company was founded in 2009 and has continued to grow ever since. Our team in Paderborn now comprises more than 35 employees.

OPTANO is our platform for user-friendly applications. Of course, for our development purposes, we always need the right technical infrastructure which runs smoothly.
Your tasks as an IT Manager (m/f/x) with us will include the following:
You will have a wide range of tasks which cover all areas of IT.
- Support in strategic and operational IT management
- Management, further development and adaptation of the IT-infrastructure (data center and Cloud) - virtualized environment and web applications
- Automation of solutions in Azure
- As a member of the IT team you will support our techn-savvy colleagues in the event of any questions or problems.
You have the following qualifications:
While we believe that soft skills and effective teamwork are essential, some professional skills are also required if you want to contribute to our company’s success as an IT manager (m/f/x).
- You have an analytical mindest and enjoy IT-technologies
- You have relevant professional experience or have completed a degree in a related field with a technological background
- You have a structured approach when working with various systems.
We are looking to hire somebody who is always committed towards finding the best solution and is open to developing PowerShell scripts or implementing new technologies.

This is a permanent full-time position and is available with immediate effect. However, we are flexible and would be willing to consider part-time models and a later starting date if you are unable to assume the position immediately. As a dynamic, expanding company, we would be interested in a long-term cooperation.
